Sourdough Focaccia

Our sourdough focaccia is hand mixed, slow fermented, and made with locally milled flour. Golden edges and an olive oil–kissed crust give way to a soft, airy center, while each dimple holds delicious pockets of flavor. From savory herbs and cheeses to sweet seasonal toppings, it’s perfect for sharing, serving alongside a meal, or savoring all on its own.

Ingredients: unbleached bread flour, wild sourdough culture, olive oil, filtered water, pink sea salt, maldon sea salt

Pepperoni mozzarella - pizza seasoning, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese

Pesto parmesan - basil pesto, parmesan cheese

Everything - Everything seasoning

Red onion tomato basil - dried basil, roma tomato, red onion

Greek - Kalamata olives, cherry tomato, feta cheese

Elote - elote seasoning, cotija cheese, cilantro

Chili lime - chili lime seasoning, jalapeño, Chihuahua cheese

Dill Pickle cheddar - dill pickled, white cheddar cheese
