My journey began during a difficult chapter of life, when an unexpected affair led me to a new love: baking. What started as a way to heal became a passion for creating something worth sharing—and a reminder that beautiful beginnings can rise from hard seasons.

Today, I hand mix and slow ferment every batch, using locally milled flour and giving each bake the time and care it deserves. From crusty artisan loaves to bagels, scones, focaccia, and sweet treats, my kitchen is filled with sourdough in all its delicious forms.
